I am Marianiki Tsitou, Psychologist and Psychotherapist. With many years of experience and continuous scientific training, I am committed to providing specialized psychological support to people of all ages, based on research-based methods.

I hold a professional license (License No.: 215559) and I am certified in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, having completed the four-year postgraduate program of the company “Cognitive Behavioral Studies” according to the highest standards of the European Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Psychotherapy (EABCT). At the same time, I hold a postgraduate degree (MSc) in Child and Adolescent Mental Health from the European University Cyprus, while I completed my bachelor studies as a Psychologist at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA).

My professional background includes individual therapy for children, adolescents and adults, as well as counseling parents to effectively manage challenges related to raising children. I provide specialized support to athletes and artists, contributing to strengthening their mental resilience and performance, while also teaching psychology in private schools and conducting talks and seminars for parents in sports teams, schools and kindergartens.

My goal is to offer you a safe environment, where you will feel comfortable recognizing and addressing the challenges that concern you. Together, we can discover the strategies that will enhance your mental well-being, reduce stress and lead you to personal growth.
